Meadowbrooke Gourds Wholesale Ordering Policies


The minimum wholesale purchase amount is $250.00 for first time orders. Reorder minimum order is $100. All products & pricing are subject to change & seasonal availability.


We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, M/C, Visa, Discover), cash or check. All payments will be collected at the time of purchase. Net 30 terms are available with references and at least 1 year of buying history with Meadowbrooke Gourds.

Selling Our Items:

Meadowbrooke Gourds reserves the right to sell on all third-party selling platforms. Selling on Amazon, Etsy, and other third-party websites is prohibited. Designs should be sold at MSRP unless sold during a limited sale period. Wholesale customers can sell our designs on their own branded business websites. 


Orders can be cancelled up until the order is packaged for shipment. If our customer service department cannot reach you for payment or confirmation for order fulfillment after 7 business days from your scheduled shipment date, your order may be cancelled. 


There is a 10% restocking fee for approved returns. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returns. Damaged items that are received in returns will not be credited. 

All product returns must be processed with a Return Authorization Number (RA #). We will not accept any returns that do not include a RA#. The RA# must be included within the returned package. 

A RA# must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the RA# issuing date.

Returned Mail:

If a package is returned because the address provided to us was not correct, we are not responsible for re-shipping. We will contact the buyer for the correct address; shipping & handling charges will need to be re-paid before we can send the package again.

Damaged Items/Order Errors:

Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons, it is important to open and inspect your items as soon as you receive them.

Please notify us within 10 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of this time frame. 

Damaged Replacements:

Once we have been notified of any damaged items you have received, we will make sure to work with you to get your items replaced or credited. Please note: we cannot extend any discounts to you should you decide to sell damaged items at a discount.


At times, we will promote items for a percentage off or a reduced shipping rate to our retail customers. These offers do not apply to wholesale orders. Coupon Codes for these offers cannot be used by a wholesale customer. 

Retailer Territory Protection

We review each new retailer application on a case by case basis. We consider sales volume, location population and demographics, and longevity of existing retailers. We commit to protecting an existing customer's location within a 2.5 mile radius for suburban or rural locations and a 3-block radius for urban locations if the existing customer orders $2,500 or more of our collection each year. As this guideline was implemented in 2021, if there are existing customers that are within the approved radius, they are grandfathered in and are able to continue to do business as usual.
